Indoor Air Quality

Studies show indoor air can contain 2–5× more pollutants than outdoor air. We carry solutions that actually address this — not just move air around.

🌬️

AccuClean Whole-Home Air Cleaner

Removes over 99% of airborne particles from filtered air — including the influenza A virus, mold spores, and fine allergens. 100× more effective than a standard 1" filter. 8× more effective than a HEPA room unit. Reusable filter — vacuum or wash, no annual replacement cost.

iWave Plasma Generator

Installs inside your ductwork and generates bipolar ions that neutralize mold, bacteria, and viruses — and cause allergens to clump together for easier filter capture. Eliminates odors at the molecular level. Works 24/7 with no replacement parts or consumables, ever.

🌩️

REME HALO

Like a flu shot for your house. Proactively sends hydrogen peroxide plasma throughout your home — treating surfaces and air simultaneously. Tests show 99%+ reduction of certain viruses. Addresses viruses, bacteria, mold, VOCs, odors, and surface contaminants. Requires periodic cell replacement.

💧

Whole-Home Humidifiers

Indiana winters drive indoor humidity below 20% — damaging wood floors, furniture, and making your home feel colder than it is. A bypass or fan-powered humidifier maintains ideal humidity automatically. Steam humidifiers available for precision control.

☀️

Whole-Home Dehumidifiers

Indianapolis summers bring humidity that a standard AC can't always manage — especially in basements and well-sealed homes. A whole-home dehumidifier removes excess moisture continuously, improving comfort and preventing mold growth.

American Standard Diagnostics

Our connected thermostats and communicating systems report performance data remotely — letting us monitor your system, detect issues early, and in some cases diagnose and resolve problems without a service call.

Why This Matters — Especially in Indiana

Research consistently shows that indoor air contains 2–5× more pollutants than outdoor air — allergens, mold spores, bacteria, viruses, and VOCs from building materials and cleaning products. Your HVAC system circulates all of it every time it runs.

A standard 1" filter catches only a fraction of these contaminants. The solutions we install go far beyond filtration.

The Right Humidity Range

ASHRAE, the EPA, and NIH all point to the same target: indoor relative humidity between 40% and 60%. Outside this range, problems develop quickly:

  • Below 30–40%: Dry sinuses, increased virus survival, cracking wood floors, static electricity, homes that feel colder than they are.
  • Above 50–60%: Mold and mildew growth, dust mites, musty odors, condensation damage.

Indiana winters frequently drive indoor humidity below 20% after cold outdoor air is heated — far below the healthy range. A whole-home humidifier is one of the most impactful improvements you can make to year-round health and comfort.

If your home feels clammy even when the AC is running — this is a known issue with modern high-efficiency systems. The engineering tradeoffs required to hit higher SEER ratings often reduce moisture removal. An American Standard thermostat with the overcool feature can often solve this without a new system.
