Our Replacement Process
- Honest assessment. We evaluate your current system and your home's actual needs. We'll tell you if a repair makes more sense than a replacement.
- Right-sized equipment. An oversized or undersized system causes problems for years. We run a Manual J load calculation — not a guess based on what you had before.
- American Standard equipment. We install American Standard exclusively. Assembled in the USA. 10-year parts warranty on registered systems.
- Clean, professional installation. Drop cloths down, debris removed, everything tested before we leave.
- Warranty registered. We register your equipment with the manufacturer so your warranty is active from day one. You receive confirmation.
Systems We Install
- Gas Furnaces — 80% and 96%+ efficiency; single-stage, two-stage, and variable-speed/modulating
- Central Air Conditioners — up to 22 SEER2, single-stage and variable-speed
- Heat Pumps — including dual-fuel systems paired with gas furnace backup
- Air Handlers
- Packaged Units
- Whole-home humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ventilation systems
Why We Only Install American Standard
In 2012 we made a deliberate decision to carry one brand exclusively. After researching every major manufacturer, American Standard stood apart:
- Still assembled in the USA — most major brands have moved production overseas. American Standard hasn't.
- They manufacture their own compressors — the compressor is the heart of the system. When manufacturers outsource this, failure rates climb. American Standard builds theirs in-house.
- 10-year parts warranty on all registered equipment.
- Variable-speed AccuComfort systems — continuously adjustable output from ~40% to 100%, matching exactly what your home needs at any moment.
Properly maintained American Standard equipment outlasts most competitor brands by years. We staked our business on this, and our customers' long-term experience has confirmed it.
Single-Stage vs. Two-Stage vs. Variable-Speed
Single-stage: On or off — 100% capacity when running. Less efficient, more temperature swings, more wear from frequent starts.
Two-stage: Runs at ~65% most of the time, ramps to 100% only when needed. More efficient, quieter, more comfortable. This has been our standard installation for years.
Variable-speed: Continuously adjusts from ~40–100% to match exact home demand. Best comfort, lowest energy bills, longest equipment life, best humidity control. Worth the investment if you're in your home for 10+ years.
