Every November, our community on the south side of Indianapolis runs the Good News Food Drive — collecting food and resources for families who need a hand getting through the holidays and the cold months that follow. We've been part of it for years, and we'll keep being part of it.
As a business owner, I believe the companies in an area exist for the benefit of the local citizens. Yes, we set out to make a profit — but we don't believe profit is the only driver for a business. There was a day in our country when the milkman would take an elder person's trash out; when a woman wouldn't have to pump her own gas; when you bought something and you didn't have buyer's remorse regularly.
We try to operate that way. We do the work right. We show up when we say we will. And we try to be the kind of business that makes the neighborhood better — not just because it's good marketing, but because it's the right thing.
If you're in our community and you're struggling — and your heat or cooling is out — call us. We'll do what we can. Sometimes that means waiving a service call fee. Sometimes it means finding a way to make a repair work that wouldn't otherwise fit a budget. Sometimes it means just praying with you and listening.
We're not promising free HVAC. We're a small business, and we can't be all things to all people. But we can listen, and we can usually find a way to help more than people expect from "an HVAC company."
The Good News Food Drive accepts non-perishable food donations through our local church partners. Cash donations also go a long way — they let the organizers buy in bulk and target what families actually need. If you'd like to know how to get involved, give us a call and we'll connect you.

Faith-driven. Family-owned. Locally rooted.
We named this company Baptist Heating & Air because it reflects who we are. We try to do business in a way that honors our faith and our community.
