The most credible thing we can say about American Standard: Consumer Reports gathered data from thousands of HVAC owners and found American Standard was one of the least likely brands to break down — they didn't have enough repair data to even calculate an average repair cost. So few repairs occurred.

Every American Standard system we install qualifies for a 10-year parts limited warranty when registered within 60 days of installation. We register it for you on the same day, and you receive the confirmation. No chasing it down later.
Many companies leave registration to the customer — and most customers forget. When the warranty period passes, the warranty drops to a shorter default. That's never happened to a Baptist Heating & Air customer because we file it ourselves.
American Standard requires annual maintenance to keep the warranty active. Our maintenance agreements handle that automatically — two tune-up visits a year, $210/year (or $18.50/month).
